Special Finishing School 2020
Special Finishing School 2020 was held during 21st, 22nd and 28th to 30th December through online mode during the night from 8:30 till 10 P.M. The Course Chief Co-Ordinator is Dr. David Zothansanga assisted by Co-ordinators Dr. Rinpari Ralte, Lalhmingmawii and technical team from the Department of Psychology, Pachhunga University College.
The number of students enrolled this year is 184. However, there has been an internet connectivity problem reported by some of the registered students therefore the actual participants fluctuate in each session.
Within these five nights we had five classes. On the first night a brief inaugural session was held. Dr. David Zothansanga chaired the inauguration ceremony, Lalhmingmawii presented a report of the Finishing School 2019 and preparation procedures of Special Finishing School 2020 and Dr Rinpari Ralte proposed vote of thanks.
Due to time constraints and Covid-19 pandemic, the classes are limited to five. Practical classes could not be included this year. Topics are selected carefully through the feedback received in the previous years. The classes and Resource Persons of Special Finishing School, 2020 are-

At the end of each class, feedback form is posted in the chat box. Participants provided their feedbacks which are documented for reference. The participants and the resource persons could engage in active discussions which we believe is one of the indicators of the success of Special Finishing School, 2020.
We thank our respected Principal Dr. Tawnenga for giving his consent to Finishing School Organising committee for Special Finishing School, 2020 and for approving our proposed budget. We are grateful to the faculty members for circulating flyers thereby assisting us in publicity. We are happy to see participants keenly listening to all the topics with interest. We wish them the best for their future endeavours and we hope special finishing school 2020 will endow upon them abilities to develop a ‘Mind without Fear’.
