Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) conducted on 3rd- 4th November 2025
The AAA was conducted on 3rd – 4th November, 2025. The audit’s purpose was systematically reviewing our academic processes and administrative functions to ensure quality, identify strengths and weaknesses, and promote continuous improvement and alignment with institutional goals.
The first day was utlilised for the institutional presentation by the Principal, Prof. H. Lalthanzara and all the departments, UG -2 and PG-5 as well as Hostel and Library had presentations about their department profile, result analysis, achievements, cocurricular activities and SWOC analysis. Presentation continued till the forenoon of the second day followed by the department/office visit, document verification and physical verification of the campus by the members.
The college invited external assessors/auditors from Mizoram University such as Prof. Lalnundanga, Registrar, Mizoram University, (Chairman); Prof. Diwakar Tiwari, IQAC Director, MZU, (Member) and Prof. J. Doungel, Professor, Dept. of Political Science, MZU (Member). The assessors have thoroughly checked the departmental forms and institutional forms prepared by the institution and the departments. They have given suggestions and recommendations which, if implemented can guide us in our journey towards quality learning and service.
The audit report has been handed over to the Principal by the assessors around 5:30 p.m. in the evening. The college secured 79.70 per cent in this round of AAA.
