1. General
· Pachhunga University College (PUC) is a constituent college of Mizoram University (MZU).
· The information provided on this website is for general informational and academic purposes only.
· PUC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website or services without prior notice.
2. Online Fees Payment
· The Online Fees Payment facility is provided for the convenience of students to pay various college fees electronically.
· Payments are processed through a secure Payment Gateway (Billdesk) integrated with authorized banking channels.
· Successful completion of payment is subject to confirmation received from the Payment Gateway and the respective bank.
3. Accuracy of Information
· Students are responsible for entering correct details such as Registration Number, Course, Semester, and Fee Head while making online payments.
· Pachhunga University College shall not be held responsible for incorrect payments arising due to wrong information provided by the user.
4. Payment Confirmation
· Upon successful payment, an electronic receipt will be generated by the system.
· The receipt should be retained by the student for future reference.
· In case the amount is debited from the bank account but payment status is not updated, the transaction shall be reconciled as per Payment Gateway and bank norms.
5. Refund & Cancellation
· Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy of Pachhunga University College.
· Any request for refund must be made through proper channels as notified by the College.
· Transaction charges, if any, levied by the Payment Gateway or bank are non-refundable.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
· Personal and financial information provided during online transactions is handled securely.
· Pachhunga University College does not store sensitive banking information such as card details or CVV numbers.
· Data collected is used only for official academic and administrative purposes, in accordance with the College’s Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
· Under no circumstances Pachhunga University College will be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

· All content available on this website, including text, logos, documents, and layout, is the property of Pachhunga University College unless otherwise stated.
· Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
