Seminar on Sensitization of Career Advancement Scheme and End Semester Examination
The seminar was jointly organized by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Examination Committee of Pachhunga University College on 10th May, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Seminar Hall. The seminar was chaired by Principal Prof. H. Lalthanzara who also provided information on recent developments in the college and inspired the teachers to cooperate with the departmental IQAC i/c and ERP i/c inorder to achieve the A++ standard. In the most recent NAAC Re-DVV, the college was awarded 3.47 CGPA. There were two resource persons –
1) Mr. H. Lalsangpuia, Vice-Principal spoke on the subject of ‘Role and Duties of Teachers in Examination’. He reminded the invigilators to be vigilant and active while on examination duty to perform to the college standard after quickly outlining each teacher's role and obligations during the exam.
2) Dr. Lalhriatzuala, Secretary, PUCTA and Asst. Coordinator, IQAC on ‘CAS for College Teachers’ . He provided thorough instructions and advice on how to prepare, what points were necessary, and how to complete the CAS form. The discussion and explanation were very detailed and productive.
Lunch was provided for all the participants before the seminar began. The seminar was attended by 115 teachers.
