The Study in India (SII) program, launched by the Government of India in April 2018, positions India as a leading global destination for higher education. Home to the world’s third-largest education system with over 45,000 colleges and nearly 1,000 universities, India offers international students from SAARC nations, Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East access to premier institutions accredited by NAAC and ranked under NIRF. SII provides a platform for students to experience world-class academic opportunities across diverse disciplines.
