NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS FOR CANTEEN SERVICES

Sealed quotations are invited from eligible service providers for operating Canteen 1 and Canteen 2 of Pachhunga University College for the years 2025 and 2026.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The applicant must have prior experience in managing canteens.
2. The applicant should have a valid FSSAI license and comply with all statutory requirements.

 

Submission Guidelines:

1. Interested parties are required to submit their sealed quotations to the Private Secretary of the Principal, PUC latest by 13^th January, 2025.
2. Quotations must be accompanied by Service Provider profile, Proposed menu and pricing and Copies of relevant licenses and documents.
3. The quotations should be super-scribed with “Quotation for Canteen 1” or “Quotation for Canteen 2” as applicable.
4. Date of interview – 14^th January, 2025

 

The College reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
