Dr. L.H Chhuanawma promoted to Professor

On the recommendation of the Selection Committee and with the approval of the 48th Executive Council held on 31.05.2018 vide resolution no.EC:48:5(18), the Vice Chancellor, Mizoram University is please to place Dr.L.H Chhuanawma, Associate Professor (Stage 4), Department of Political Science, Pachhunga University College to the next higher grade of Stage 5 (Professor) under Career Advancement Scheme with effect from 30.03.2017. Dr. L.H Chhuanawma joined PUC as a Lecturer of Political Science on 20.12.1995 and promoted to Associate Professor on 10.12.2010. Prof. Chhuanawma is the second person who achieved professorship in PUC after Prof. J.V.Hluna (our former Vice Principal). Congratulation to Prof. L.H Chhuanawma!! We are very proud of him and we wish him a best of luck in his new endeavour!
