The Department of Biotechnology was established in 2012. The department offers B.Sc. course in Biotechnology with a capacity of 20 seats. All the basic infrastructural facilities needed for conducting teaching and practical sessions in different areas of Biotechnology have been developed in the department. The department consists of class rooms with visual facilities and well equipped student laboratories.
So far 3 batches of students have completed their B.Sc. degree course and several of them have pursued further studies.
