SELECTED LIST FOR HOSTEL 2024

On the recommendations of the Hostel Committee, Pachhunga University College the students listed in the attachment below are allotted Boys’ Hostel and Girls’ Hostel. They are informed to pay Hostel Admission fee of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to the administrative officeand must board the hostel on or before 3rd July 2024. Hostel can be boarded from 28th June, 2024 afternoon.

 

The selected candidates are hereby informed to follow the instructions given below:

1.     All the selected candidates should pay Hostel Admission fee of Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to the administrative office.

2.     They must be ready with the Hostel Admission Fee receipt for verification while boarding.

3.     They must board the hostel during 28th June – 3rd July, 2024.

4.     Hostel Monthly fee is Rs.2500/- per month.

5.     Hostel Monthly fee should be paid to the Warden.

6.     They should be ready for document verification if required.

7.     Any wrong information detected in the forms filled up by the candidates may result in cancellation of their Hostel seat.

8.     Mandatory Items to bring into the Hostel:

a.      One Plate, Bowl and Spoon.

b.     Bucket and Mug.

c.      Mattress, Pillow, Bed-sheet and Mosquito Net.

d.     One big knife.

e.      One broom and small dustbin.

9.     All Electrical items except Mobile Phone, Laptop and Emergency light are not allowed in the Hostel.

10.  Hostellers are not allowed to bring any Vehicles/Two-wheeler in the Hostel.
