Pachhunga University College in the India Today MDRA Ranking of Best Colleges- 2023
PUC participated in the survey of the best colleges in India – 2023 by the India Today MDRA Ranking of Best Colleges. This year the college ranking in Arts is 136, Science-152 and Commerce-188. In 2022 the ranking was 141 in Arts, 167 in Science and 183 in Commerce. The colleges were assessed in seven parameters such as IQG (Intake Quality & Governance), ACE (Academic Excellence), ILE (Infrastructure & Living Experience), PLD (Personality & Leadership Development), PCP (Placement & Career Progression), OB (Objective Score), PS (Perceptual Score). The perceptual survey of North-East India was conducted in Guwahati. The India Today Rankings enable choices of college admission for prospective students and high ranking colleges are expected to attract more benefits and advantages (better quality of students, faculty, recruiters, etc.) and industries/businesses and governments use ranking to decide sponsorships, recruitments, to provide funds, etc.
